The kitchen brigade, led by our Chef Peter Degiampietro, will tantalize you every day with dishes taken not only from the mountain and Trentino traditions but also from the best known Mediterranean cuisine; they will offer you original vegetarian dishes and pay special attention to the needs of the celiac guest or those suffering from particular food intolerances.

 

We take care and carefully select the raw materials of our Territory, relying on local producers certified with the “Trentino quality mark”, to bring fresh and genuine products to the table; because emotions mingle with dishes, and pleasures flow with memories.

BREAKFAST

The day begins with the best energy thanks to our rich breakfast buffet with: homemade cakes and pies, croissants, organic jams, fresh and dried fruit, centrifuges and fresh juices, but also hams and cheeses. A wide choice of warm dishes from our “International Breakfast Menu” with eggs, bacon, sausage, or grilled vegetables; sweet or savory crepes and omelettes with ingredients of your choice.

AFTERNOON SNACK

Exploring the Dolomites will be your favorite activity: after returning from an unforgettable day outdoors, a break is more than deserved. At the Hotel Garden we know how to whet your appetite: discover our snack buffet where you can find savory snacks, cakes and homemade biscuits, fruit juices or a beneficial hot tea.

DINNER

Dinner is an important moment for us to make you feel pampered. Start with the fresh salads and appetizer buffet. Choose from our daily “A la Carte Menu” what you prefer to eat: a wide choice of first and second courses awaits you! The sweets of our Dessert List will be the right conclusion to your evening, but we are sure that the dessert of the day will always surprise you. One evening a week we offer our guests a Typical Gourmet Dinner with a fixed menu, to discover the Ladin and Trentino traditions in a revisited way.

FOOD INTOLERANCE

The care for our guests cannot be missing when it comes to food, because when you sit at the table you have to be able to choose without restrictions: for those suffering from food intolerances, whether it is gluten, lactose or eggs, we try to adapt to your needs, as much as possible, our daily a la carte menu. We prefer the production of homemade food and, if there is a need to use packaged products, we only use certified products. (AiC Italian Celiac Association and Aili Italian Lacto-Intolerant Association).

CHILDREN

We like to pay attention to every little detail by satisfying everyone’s taste. This is also for our little guests: we have therefore dedicated a specific children’s menu, with simple but tasty courses. On request, we also prepare broths / baby food, according to the needs of your babies.

We have also thought about this: enjoy a private gourmet dinner, in the suggestive and enveloping atmosphere of our Wine-Stube.
