CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AND SALE FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

CHECK-IN

  • The availability of the room on the day of arrival is guaranteed from 2 pm.
  • If you want to arrive in the morning and your room is not ready, you can leave your luggage in our storeroom, leave your car in the hotel’s private car park and take a pleasant walk in the heart of Moena.

CHECK-OUT

  • On the day of departure please vacate your room by 10.00 am
  • If you wish to stay beyond this time, please contact the reception staff for availability and  the cost for a late check-out.

BILL

  • If possible, please pay the bill the evening before departure during the reception cash hours from 9.00 pm to 11.30 pm
  • You can pay the bill as you prefer:
    • CASH: up to a maximum of €4,999.00 as required by Italian law
    • CREDIT CARDS: the Hotel accepts credit cards belonging to the following circuits: Visa, MasterCard and American Express (no Diners).
    • CHECK: payment by bank check must be made on the same day of arrival
    • BANK TRANSFER: this type of payment must be made on the same day of arrival, providing communication and the payment receipt; Bank transfer payments will not be accepted for stays of less than 4 nights.

TOURIST TAX

  • The cost of the tourist tax is €2.50 per day per person, (over the age of 14 years old) up to 10 nights of stay.

CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT

  • Please note that the booking will be considered confirmed only after the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer or credit card

CANCELLATION – EARLY DEPARTURE – LATE ARRIVAL

  • In case of early departure or late arrival, the amount of the room only will be charged for the number of nights booked, without the supplement of meals
  • In case of cancellation of a refundable rate stay:
    • Up to 15 days from the arrival date, the deposit will be considered valid through the issue of a voucher with the entire amount of the paid deposit (valid for a future stay of the same duration as the one cancelled), to be used within one year from the date of issue.
    • Cancellation between 14 and 0 days from the arrival date will be retained by the Hotel.
  • Stays booked with a Non-Refundable rate will not be recoverable in the event of cancellation.

LAJADIRA WELLNESS AREA

  • Entrance to the wellness center is permitted with bathrobe and slippers suitable for the pool, and bathing cap in case of swimming
  • Some room types, i.e. Junior Suites and Suites, have the wellness set already included in the room
  • If the selected room type does not include it, it is possible to rent or purchase the necessary items directly at the wellness center
