We searched all around the dolomites for a great location to experience skiing in the Dolomites. From our first communication on reservation, to follow-up after our stay, the hotel staff was friendly, professional, warm, and incredibly helpful! They had a ski master available in the evening to discuss ski options. This is an authentic family run hotel that puts family and their comfort first! We felt part of their family. The entire staff, from the dining room, the bartender, front desk, and housekeeping, all were happy to greet us with a smile and warm greeting. They took very good care of us. Tons of "little special touches" that made it extra special. Our family room was spacious and comfortable. The meals were out of this world delicious and prepared by professional chefs. Finally, the Thursday night dinner gala was amazing! This is a special weekly touch hosted by the family. The town of Moena is nestled in the dolomites and Hotel is conveniently located to walk about town
Kind staff, comfortable facilities for children and adults, afternoon snacks, atomospheric restaurant and delicious food, pool and jacuzzi, everything was perfect. I would like to stay here again if there is an opportunity.
